Welcome to Shays of Color!

Hey y’all, I’m Shelonda, proud Black- and female -owned business owner and Chief Creative Officer behind Shays of Color. What started as me just trying to flex my creativity—making gift baskets, party favors, and decorations—turned into straight-up passion work. I found a way to put my heart into something real, something that celebrates the people and moments that matter most.

The dopest part? I get to do it with my granddaughter. We’re both of mixed descent, but we proudly identify as Black, and we’re always looking for ways to showcase that part of our DNA. Together, we laugh, we craft, we vibe—putting love, soul, and a little extra flair into every basket. Every piece we make is handcrafted, personal, and designed to make somebody feel seen and appreciated.
